How should I decide which course to join❓❓❓

Parenting. Relationships. Health. Personal growth.

So many courses are starting now. Each offers something valuable, and choosing can feel overwhelming.

What do I need most? Whose approach should I follow? What will actually help me?

Before you choose another voice to listen to, I’d like to invite you to hear your own.

You have lived, struggled, learned, and discovered. There is wisdom in your experience that deserves your attention.

Let’s try something.

  1. Think of one moment when you handled something difficult in a way you felt good about.

It doesn’t need to be a big moment. Perhaps you paused before responding, asked for help, or recognized that something needed to change.

Write about that moment:

What did I notice? What did I understand about myself or the situation? What helped me choose what to do?

  1. Now finish this sentence five times:

That moment shows me that I know…

  1. Choose the one that speaks to something you’re facing now. Write: If I took this wisdom seriously, my next small step would be…

You’ve just drawn guidance from your own lived experience. Something you may have overlooked became something you can use.

That is at the heart of Write Your Way Together.

Alongside Torah inspiration and guided therapeutic writing, we’ll make space for you to hear your own thoughts, recognize what matters to you, and discover how to bring that understanding into your life.

Other courses can offer valuable knowledge. Here, you’ll also practice discovering what you know—and how to live it.

The doors are closing.

Tomorrow, Monday, is the last day to register. On Tuesday, our membership begins.

A few practical questions you may be wondering about:

When will the classes take place? Once the membership is set up, I’ll send a poll to find the times that work best for our members. I expect to alternate between Sundays and Mondays to give more people a chance to attend. Tuesday marks the beginning of the membership; our first live class will take place later.

What if I can’t attend live? Both monthly classes are recorded, so you can listen and write at a time that works for you. There will also be a written summary of each class for those who want less time commitment.

Will I need to share my writing? No. Your writing is private unless you choose to share. You’re welcome to participate quietly in the classes and Google group.

Do I need writing experience? None at all. This is writing to understand yourself. Simple words, unfinished thoughts, and messy handwriting are all welcome.

Do I have to join for a whole year? You can choose $480 for the year, or $56 per month for a three-month commitment—$168 total. Both options include the two monthly classes and our Google group.

Do I need to attend every class? No. The membership is here to support you, at your own pace. When the timing doesn’t work, you can skip a class (or several) and return when you’re ready. Recordings and summaries are available, and throughout your membership, you’ll have a welcoming space to come back to.

Will you also be offering other courses this year? Yes. Our regular Zoom and in-person courses will continue, with our winter course beginning mid-Kislev. Details will follow closer to the time. The membership offers an ongoing space for writing, integration, and connection throughout the year

If you want a regular space to pause, connect, and work through what’s on your heart, make sure you’re registered before registration closes tomorrow.

If something is making it difficult to join, please reply. I’d be happy to hear what you need and see whether I can help it work for you.

I’d love to begin this year together.

Sincerely, Yocheved
