Where the Parasha meets your story 📖🍾

3 min read

Have you sat down at the Shabbos seudah and wondered which parasha it is?

Have you been told which parasha it is and you tried to remember what that parasha talks about?

Have you wished you could bring the meaning and power of the parasha into your actual life?

How the experiences of the Avos and Imahos, the struggles of Bnei Yisrael, and the timeless teachings of Chazal can help you understand what is happening inside you—right now?

And now, as we begin a new year, we have a beautiful opportunity to begin with renewed intention.

This can be the year that we follow through the parashiyos, allow them to accompany us, to illuminate our experiences, speak to our inner world, and become part of our own journey of growth.

This book is designed to help bridge the space between learning Torah and living Torah.

Each parashah contains an inspiring Torah teaching together with a guided therapeutic writing exercise, helping you explore the message through the lens of your own experiences, emotions, relationships, and avodas Hashem.

You’ll be invited to reflect on questions such as:

What can Noach’s teivah teach me about finding calm when life feels overwhelming?

What does Lech Lecha reveal about the unique journey Hashem is asking me to take?

How can the parashah help me better understand my fears, strengths, relationships, hopes, and inner contradictions?

You don’t need to be “good at writing.” You don’t need hours of quiet or pages of profound insights.

All you need is a pen, a little honesty, and a willingness to listen.

Some weeks, you may write several pages. Other weeks, one question or one sentence may remain with you long after Shabbos has ended.

You can begin with Bereishis and journey through the book week by week. You can also open to the current parashah, or return to an earlier one whenever its message speaks to your life. The Torah is timeless, and every stage of life allows us to discover something new within it.

My hope is that this book will become more than something you read. I hope it will become a companion, helping you remain connected to the weekly parashah, to Hashem, and to the wisdom He placed within you.

It can also make a deeply meaningful gift for a daughter, mother, sister, friend, teacher, or any woman who values Torah, reflection, and personal growth.

It is the kind of gift that doesn’t simply sit on a shelf. It accompanies its reader through an entire year of becoming.

Soon, bs"d, Write Your Way Through the Parashah will be available in bookstores everywhere.

But before that happens, I wanted the women on my mailing list, the community that has accompanied and supported my work, to have the first opportunity to receive it.

For ONE WEEK ONLY, we’re offering a special Amazon sale. After that, it will be sold on Amazon for the regular price, sold in stores in Eretz Yisrael soon, and in stores in USA and Europe after Yom Tov.

I hope this book will bring you Torah, clarity, connection, and meaningful growth into your life, one parashah at a time.

With warmth,

Yocheved

P.S. If you purchase the book and find it meaningful, I would be so grateful if you would consider sharing an honest review on Amazon. Reviews make an enormous difference when a new book is released. Your words will help others discover the book, understand what makes it special, and decide whether it is right for them.
