The past few months we shared bits and pieces about the new card deck.
And women keep asking: What exactly is this?
The simplest answer is this:
It's a therapeutic writing card deck.
It's a simple, guided way to check in with yourself.
Through images.
Through writing.
Through reflection.
In less time than it takes to fold a load of laundry.
Life doesn't always leave room to check in with ourselves.
Between work, family, responsibilities, and the thousand little things that fill our days, we’re in an endless cycle of things to do.
And it’s a lot.
Sometimes things come up and we wonder:
What caused that reaction in me?
Why did that bother me?
Who am I, beneath all this busyness?
Our new card deck, Reflections of Self, was designed to offer a gentle and simple way inward through poignant images, grounding prompts, and simple writing exercises that meet you wherever you are.
Here’s a little strip we created to explain:
You don’t need to “be good” at journaling. You don’t need to have the right words. You don't need to do deep work. You don't even need to know what you're feeling.
All you need is a card, and a few minutes with yourself. (A notebook is recommended, but totally optional. So is coffee!)
Some days you might write a few pages, some days you might write a few lines, some days you might just look at the images, and some days you might not be in the mood at all.
And that’s okay.
We created this deck because we believe you already carry tremendous wisdom and insight within you.
Sometimes all you need is an invitation to listen.
So, {$name|default('Friend')} here is your invitation.
Treat yourself or a loved one with the gift of connection to self. You may be surprised at what you discover.
We hope it meets you wherever you need it most.
Warmly,
Yocheved

Inside the deck, you’ll find…
🖊️ Reflections of self is a collection of 100 cards that include image-based and written prompts on each card.
🖊️ Each suggested prompt has a recommended time to put aside for the writing. Most cards are 5 minutes, with a select few hitting 10, 15, or 20 minutes for longer exercises.
🖊️ Every card holds an image of a young girl designed to help you connect to a deeper part of yourself. You can use the image alone and write about whatever comes up.
🖊️ Or, if you want more guidance, each card includes a therapeutic writing prompt to help you explore what this image or experience brings up for you, and a reflection prompt to help you process your thoughts and move forward instead of staying stuck in them.
That final part mattered to us a lot. ☝️
The goal of this deck is not to vent endlessly and drown in your emotions.
The goal is connection.
Connection to yourself.
To your inner world.
To parts of yourself you may not have checked in with for a while.
And so we created a safe, structured space for you to reflect, process, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded way - all in a span of five to twenty minutes.
There’s no one right way to use the deck.
You can journal with it, reflect quietly on it, use it in therapy, use it in groups, use it during hard seasons, use it on an ordinary Tuesday…
Or just pull one card while drinking your coffee and carry it with you for the rest of the day.
👉👉 And because inner work is never one-size-fits-all, the card deck also includes 20 bonus cards with creative ways to revisit the deck again and again, experiencing it in a new way each time.
For example:
One bonus spread invites you to pull cards representing your Past, Present, and Future, helping you notice what has changed, what has stayed with you, and where you may be heading next.
Another explores the different voices within you using cards from the deck to represent each part: the vulnerable part, the protective part, the exhausted part, the grounded part — and invites them into conversation with each other.
Another simply asks: Which three cards depict what you need today: emotionally, physically, and spiritually?
Looking forward to many meaningful times together!
And...Keep posted for tomorrow's Rosh Chodesh email.
